Dublin native Lee Doyle returns to The Exchequer Dublin 2, after 5 years. Lee won best gastropub in Ireland 2010’ for the Exchequer and has big plans for the future.
Lee has a wealth of experience under his belt having worked for some of the best and creative restaurants in the city for over 20 years and has extensive knowledge of European, Asian and modern irish cuisines.Over the past five years Lee’s love of fusion cooking brought him to Juanitos & Johnnie Cooke’s at Brown Thomas.
Now back at the helm at the Exchequer Lee’s menu is Healthy fresh vibrant and delicious! The new menu concept of ‘small plates’ pairs perfectly with our new cocktail and beer menu ideal for sharing.
