Knights has in recent years become a stalwart of the Dublin Gastro Bar scene, delivering exceptional dishes created by Executive Head Chef, Stuart Heeney, using only the very best of local produce, of which there is no shortage thanks to the hotels envious stone's throw from the beautiful north Dublin coastline and Howth, the home of Dublin fresh fish and seafood. Firm favourites on the menu include the delicious Braised Wicklow lamb, slow-cooked in a rich lamb broth, with Chantenay carrots, pearl barley, homemade scones and parsley butter, a Prime Rib burger made to order and lighter options including Signature Sandwiches and mouth-watering salads; this is an eclectic gastro bar menu with something for everyone.
