In 2005 we opened our flagship Italian restaurant and pizzeria, Wallace’s Taverna.Located in Dublin’s Italian Quarter and overlooking the river Liffey, Taverna offers the complete Italian dining experience in a comfortable elegant setting in the heart of the city. At Wallace’s restaurants we have invested our time in finding the best produce, talking directly with producers, sharing our new adventure with them. We source our fresh food locally in Ireland and take pride in using quality Italian ingredients, such as craft Tuscan cured meat supplied to us directly from Salumeria Franchi in the heart of Maremma and high quality pasta from Gragnano, recognised internationally as the city of pasta. The result of this, and more, is our menu. Our passion for finding the best produce extends also to our wine list with more than 100 wines on the list, all imported directly from small producers in Italy.
