Sasta by the river is a family friendly, casual dining neighbourhood eatery based in Maynooth. our mission is to provide the most unique and relaxing dining experience in the area.
All areas of styling, interior design and food ethos was created by Alina & Brian the founders of the business. An oasis of live plants (over 300 at this stage! in the restaurant and approx 200 in The Pantry!) and earthy colours, featuring upcycled furniture and a beautiful external terrace looking out on to Maynooth Castle and Maynooth University grounds alongside the Lyreen River.
Aperitivo at Sasta every Thursday and Friday from 4.30pm to 7.30pm - serving tapas with a Sasta twist, wine, beer and prosecco cocktails Live Spanish Guitar every Thursday with the sun setting on our terrace. Our belief is to use only fresh raw ingredients to create our dishes from scratch to create and blend everything to make the most interesting and healthy and nutritious menus available in the area.
Our café, The Pantry At Sasta, serves coffee, cakes, pastries, gourmet sandwiches, salads 7 day a week.
