Michael Sabik began his cooking career over 10 years ago with Chef Oliver Quennett (La Maison) and gained experience in the highly acclaimed Chapter One Restaurant. Continuing to deliver his experience, expertise and love of food he made his dream come true and opened Girl and the Goose restaurant. He has created a warm relaxed dining experience, where anybody can come and enjoy fresh, Irish and French dishes.
