Cian’s on Bridge Street is a small Restaurant in Westport Co Mayo, which is owned by local Chef Cian Hayes. Cian’s passion for food started at the early age of 16 when he first realised his love for the culinary arts. He trained on the Job for many years and then completed a Course on Professional Cookery in GMIT. The dream was to open his own place some day and that finally became a reality in June 2016 with the opening of Cians on Bridge Street.
