The Head Chef creates beautiful private dining set menus which are available from €30.00 per person. The restaurant’s menus are ever-changing but some of our set menu favourites include mains of rump of Irish lamb served with potato fondant, carrot purée, baby carrots, sugar snap peas and spinach, all completed with a minted lamb jus. Or seafood lovers could choose the pan fried sea bass with potato gnocchi and burnt leek. Save space for dessert because the homemade puddings are unmissable - including sticky toffee pudding served with vanilla icecream and a salted caramel sauce and the restaurant’s signature 1900 chocolate mousse with chocolate sauce, chocolate Soil, raspberries, all brought together with gingerbread ice-cream.
