About

Named after The Shelbourne’s historic dining rooms, The Saddle Room Restaurant is an old favourite reinvented as a Dublin steakhouse and seafood restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Offering a contemporary menu created by our executive head chef Garry Hughes, using only the finest Irish ingredients and also featuring an Oyster Bar, where our experienced team prepares the freshest oysters from Ireland shores including Carlingford, Lambay & Galway Natives.

The Saddle Room Restaurant has two private dining rooms, available for private hire for lunch or dinner, both with their own unique style and decor. The Martyn Turner Room presents original prints from the acclaimed Irish Times cartoonist and The Trophy Room features original jockey silks from the 1950s making both the perfect place to celebrate any occasion.

Here, memorable nights and perfect get-togethers seem to come naturally. The perfect choice for a Dublin City Centre Restaurant.
